are some kind of exercises which are only focus on the back.

with your body the shape of a bridge.

must repeat it ten times in two minutes.

get much flexibility.

Furthermore,
mixing different exercises as jumps or catch the ball is another good way for
our backs.

are some advantages about it.

You
become more athletic.

Your
mind will be more awake.

By
contrast, there are some disadvantages.
1.
You
might hurt yourself if you do not follow the correct order.
2.
Probably,
if you start practising that kind of sport too late, you couldn´t get as the
same category as people who started as children have.
IV.
To
sum up, although there are disadvantages, practising rhythmic gymnastics is a
healthy way to solve back problems.
