Introduction & Conclusion

Nowadays, the sports have come into our lives very fast and have changed many people's minds. A fact is that the most important issue is keeping a healthy habit in all ourselves by practising fruitful activities. So more and more people are interesting in different sports such as running, and they are organizing groups of people to go running together. 

To conclude, many sports are and will always be the healthiest option to keep active our lives, and also to solve personal problems because of the great advantages which sports make us feel. So the disadvantages may be forgotten because they are not very harmful.
